Living Rural festival concludes Guadalajara tour in El Pobo de Dueñas
The third edition of the Living Rural Castilla-La Mancha itinerant festival will conclude its tour of the Guadalajara province this Saturday, September 5, in the municipality of El Pobo de Dueñas. The event aims to combat rural depopulation by providing culture, entertainment, and community dynamism to small towns.
The final program in the Señorío de Molina region includes physical activities for seniors, a live radio broadcast regarding local history, children's theater, and gastronomic tastings. The evening will feature comedy by Eva y Qué, musical performances by Otra Movida, and a closing set by DJ Armin Heidari.
Rosa María García, the Junta delegate in Guadalajara, stated that while essential services and employment are vital to fighting depopulation, residents should not have to renounce access to leisure and culture. This final stop follows previous visits to Aranzueque, Cantalojas, and Sacedón.
