Livlit launches Anugraha premium student residence in Mumbai

Livlit, a co-living operator for students and young professionals, has launched Anugraha, a premium 11-storey residence in the Juhu-Vile Parle region of Mumbai. Located on Gulmohar Road, the 12,000-square-foot facility provides 91 beds in a unisex environment.

The property is positioned near major educational institutions, including Mithibai College, NM College, and NMIMS. Amenities at the residence include a café-style dining area, a resident lounge, a wellness room, a rooftop space, and individual designer kitchens on each floor. The interior design is inspired by French aesthetics.

This launch brings Livlit’s total portfolio to 12 locations across Mumbai. Monthly rentals for the new facility start from Rs 65,000. The site offers proximity to the Andheri Metro and Railway stations, providing access to commercial districts such as Bandra-Kurla Complex and Andheri East.
