Livory to build 90 new apartments in Berlin-Lichtenberg

Real estate developer Livory has announced plans to construct 90 new apartments in the Weitlingkiez area of Berlin-Lichtenberg. The project will be located at Eitelstraße 5 on a 2,080-square-meter plot.

The site, which previously housed an Intershop during the GDR era, a supermarket, and most recently an auto repair shop, will be cleared for the new development. Livory is managing the project as an investment and development manager on behalf of Henderson Park.

The new residential complex is intended to provide housing in a quiet residential street near several daycare centers and the Lichtenberg station, which offers access to S-Bahn, regional trains, and tram networks.
