LJP-Ram Vilas aims to make Chirag Paswan Bihar Chief Minister
The Lok Janshakti Party-Ram Vilas (LJP-RV) has formally reiterated its goal to install party leader Chirag Paswan as the Chief Minister of Bihar. The announcement was made by senior party officials, including National General Secretary and MLA Raju Tiwari and State President Surendra Vivek, during a meeting in Patna.
Party leaders expressed confidence in the organization's growth under Paswan's leadership and stated their intention to form an LJP-RV government in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections. This declaration is notable within the context of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and the broader political landscape of the state. The party recently achieved a 100 per cent strike rate in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, winning all five contested seats.
