Ljubica Trifoviq vows to sue Serbia over 1998 Panda café killings in Peja

Ljubica Trifoviq, mother of 17‑year‑old Dragan Trifoviq, says the Serbian state concealed the truth about the 14 December 1998 attack on the Panda café in Peja that left six Serbian youths dead. She accuses President Aleksandar Vučić of knowing the full circumstances, noting that Vučić was then Minister of Information, and claims the state is responsible for the murders.

Trifoviq announced she will file a lawsuit against Serbia, urging the public to learn the hidden facts. She also referenced former President Slobodan Milošević’s testimony at the Hague, which described a bomb explosion despite victims being shot with more than 50 bullets, and linked the Panda incident to subsequent violence in Rečak.
