Ülkü Ocakları showcases sustainable agriculture project in Sivas

The Ülkü Ocakları Education and Culture Foundation showcased its permaculture and sustainable agriculture project at the Agro Sivas Agriculture Fair held from September 2 to 6. The project, implemented by the Sivas branch of the organization, featured various crops including tomatoes, melons, cucumbers, and peppers.

Sivas Ülkü Ocakları Provincial President Bahadır Gökmen met with visitors at the fair, offering samples of the produce grown through the project. Gökmen stated that the initiative is guided by the ‘Village Principle’ of Alparslan Türkeş and the philosophy that ‘the language of the soil is agriculture’ expressed by Devlet Bahçeli. The project aims to integrate permaculture into daily life to help Turkey become a self-sufficient agricultural power capable of global exports.
