Llandudno Victorian house named BBC Home of the Year goes on sale

Holmedale, a Victorian property in Llandudno previously named the BBC’s Home of the Year for North West Wales, has been placed on the market for £650,000. The five-bedroom house, located on Church Walks, is being sold by Idris Estates.

Owned by social media influencer Sandra Czachur, the residence features original period details and views of the Orme. Czachur stated that the move is intended to allow her and her husband to downsize. The property is noted for its historical significance, with records indicating its existence in the 1887 Ordnance Survey map and the 1891 census.
