LLEGA700 announces deadline for free TDT technical assistance

The entity LLEGA700 is conducting technical adjustments to resolve interference issues between new 4G and 5G mobile telephony services and Digital Terrestrial Television (TDT) reception.

Citizens affected by these reception issues can request free technical assistance. However, the deadline to request these free services for incidents caused by the activation of 4G and 5G base stations is August 31, 2024. If new base stations are activated in the future, a new six-month window for free technical support will be opened.
