Lélio Vieira Carneiro Júnior, a businessman, pilot and navigator, has spent three decades competing in rally cross‑country events. He won his first international title at the 2023 South American Rally Race (SARR) in Argentina and was the Cars Challenger bicampeão in the Rally dos Sertões in 2024 and 2025, finishing among the overall top ten each year.
