Llion Bailey to remain at Olympiacos instead of joining Jamaica national team
Olympiacos winger Llion Bailey will remain in Greece to train at the Renti facilities during the international break instead of joining the Jamaica national team. The decision follows consultations between the medical staffs of Olympiacos and the Jamaica national team, as Bailey continues to deal with fatigue.
Bailey aims to use the three-week break to improve his physical condition and regain match fitness following a period of absence due to muscle issues. His primary objective is to be fully prepared for the upcoming derby against Panathinaikos scheduled for October 11.
To date, Bailey has seen limited action for Olympiacos, recording 16 minutes against OFI and 13 minutes in a Europa League match against Jagiellonia. He was notably absent from the recent squad against Levadiakos due to exhaustion.
