Morgan Stanley raises Ryanair target price to €27.60

Morgan Stanley upgraded its outlook on Ryanair Holdings PLC, increasing the 12‑month target price from €25.50 to €27.60 and confirming an "overweight" rating. The analyst team highlighted the airline’s low‑cost structure, strong market position in the European budget‑carrier segment and continued robust demand for price‑competitive air travel as the main reasons for the higher forecast.

At the time of the report Ryanair’s shares were trading around €26.26, up about 1.1 %. The bank noted that, despite the positive outlook, the airline remains exposed to typical sector risks such as volatile jet‑fuel prices, macro‑economic swings, geopolitical tensions and potential labour disruptions.

The upgraded target signals that Morgan Stanley expects Ryanair to keep gaining market share and delivering shareholder returns that outperform many peers in the European aviation sector.
