LMGI Awards honor ‘One Battle After Another’ and ‘Marty Supreme’

The 13th annual Location Managers Guild International (LMGI) Awards honored excellence in location management for film and television during a ceremony in Santa Monica.

In the feature film categories, Paul Thomas Anderson’s ‘One Battle After Another’ won for outstanding locations in a contemporary feature film. The production utilized sites across California and Texas. Josh Safdie’s ‘Marty Supreme’ received the award for outstanding locations in a period feature film, with filming spanning New York, New Jersey, and Tokyo.

Television honors were awarded to ‘Pluribus’ for contemporary series, ‘Fallout’ for period series, and ‘Black Rabbit’ for a TV anthology, movie, or limited series.

Special recognitions included the Eva Monley Award presented to Vince Gilligan and the Lifetime Achievement Award given to Mike Fantasia. The Humboldt-Del Norte Film Commission was named Outstanding Film Commission/Office.
