LML Industrial Park secures top incentive status in Haryana
LML Industrial Park in Jhirka Valley has been designated as a Prime/Focus Area under the Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026. This classification is the highest tier of fiscal support available under the state's new zone-specific incentive framework, which replaces the previous district-based model.
Located in the Nuh/Mewat industrial belt and connected via NH-248A, the park is positioned as a strategic hub for manufacturing, logistics, and export enterprises. Eligible companies at the facility can access an indicative incentive cap of up to Rs 10 crore per unit.
Key financial benefits include a 30 percent capital investment subsidy (capped at Rs 4 crore per unit), a 100 percent refund on stamp duty for land transactions, and up to 70 percent Net SGST reimbursement for seven years. The policy also provides subsidies for local employment, technology upgrades, R&D, and green manufacturing initiatives. The state's broader policy aims to attract Rs 55,000 crore in MSME investments and create five lakh new jobs over the next five years.
