Lämmerzahl appoints former Prosoz Managing Director Leslie Czienienga

Lämmerzahl GmbH has appointed Leslie Czienienga to lead its Marketing and Sales division. Czienienga, a digitalization expert with over 20 years of experience in the municipal software market, previously served as Managing Director at Prosoz Herten GmbH.

In her new role, Czienienga will focus on expanding partnerships with existing and future clients, supporting municipalities in their transition toward digital and secure administration. The appointment comes as the public administration sector faces significant shifts due to digitalization and labor shortages.
