Lüneburg Region Hosts Month-Long Festival Series in August 2026

A series of festivals, markets and fairs will take place across Lüneburg and surrounding towns throughout August 2026. Highlights include the Kurhaus-Fest in Bad Bevensen, the Heideblütenfest in Amelinghausen, the Seepark-Fest in Bad Bevensen, a Vital‑Tag in Uelzen and a wine festival at the Ebstorf monastery. The Lüneburger Kultursommer runs from July 23 to August 12, featuring concerts, theatre performances and family activities such as the KuSo Kids day on August 2. Additional local events feature a honey‑bee day in Ehestorf, a flea market in Brietlingen, a flea market in Scharnebeck and an old‑timer meet in Bleckede.
