Lüneburg to host democracy conference in November 2026

The Hansestadt Lüneburg and the Johann Daniel Lawaetz-Stiftung will host a democracy conference on November 4, 2026, at the Lüneburg Town Hall. The event is part of the Lüneburg Change Week and aims to discuss social cohesion, political neutrality, and methods to prevent radicalization.

The conference will feature four parallel lectures and exchange sessions covering topics such as diversity-oriented event planning, the limits of political neutrality in public administration, and strategies for addressing discriminatory remarks through civil courage.
