Lüneburg to host information event on subletting and rental management

The Lüneburg Housing Office, in collaboration with Bockelsberg district community work, will host an information event on November 2, 2026, regarding the subletting of residential space. Held at the Geschwister-Scholl-Haus, the session aims to assist individuals considering renting out parts of their homes or apartments.

Lawyers Hauke Stark and Philipp Aderhold will provide practical legal guidance on creating legally secure rental agreements, managing utility costs fairly, and finding suitable subtenants. The event will also address how to arrange household assistance. Various organizations specializing in housing mediation will be present to offer consultations. The event is part of the 2026 Change Week and is free to attend.
