Lào Cai issues human resource development resolution

In Lào Cai, the provincial Party Committee has issued Resolution No. 87 regarding human resource development for the 2026–2030 period. This strategic move aims to address local shortages of high-quality labor and ensure sustainable development for the province.

In the Y Tý region, 980 students at the Y Tý Primary and Lower Secondary Boarding School have moved into a new facility. Students are currently acclimating to the new classrooms and boarding areas ahead of the 2026–2027 school year opening.

Cultural and community developments are also noted in other regions. In Mường Lò, the younger Thai generation is working to preserve traditional musical and weaving heritage. Meanwhile, in Nghĩa Đô, residents are participating in the ‘clean stream, green field’ movement to maintain local environmental and cultural values.
