Lo Colby, a 34-year-old marketing professional from the United States, has been crowned Miss International Queen 2026. The event, marking the 20th anniversary of the world’s most prominent transgender beauty pageant, took place in Pattaya, Thailand.
Colby’s victory marks consecutive wins for the United States following Midori Monet’s previous title. In addition to the crown, Colby also won the talent competition. The final runners-up were the representatives from Thailand and Japan, with contestants from Colombia, the Philippines, and France also placing in the top six.
During the competition, which featured 27 countries and territories, Vietnam’s representative, Nguyễn Cao Minh Anh, reached the top 12 and received the ‘Miss Sexy Body’ and ‘2nd Runner-up Best Talent’ awards. Brazil’s representative, Angel Gadelha, also competed in the pageant.
Following her win, Colby emphasized that such platforms are vital for showcasing the intelligence and voices of transgender women, stating that true equality requires equal opportunities rather than mere acceptance.
