Nicolás Soria accused of impersonating Interpol agent in Loan Peña trial
During the trial regarding the disappearance of Loan Danilo Peña, Nicolás Gabriel Soria, known as “El Americano,” faced intense scrutiny following testimonies from law enforcement officers. Members of the Prefectura Naval Argentina and the Federal Police testified that Soria attempted to obstruct the investigation by posing as an agent for Interpol and the DEA.
