Puljić suggests that while Blagojevich may lack significant national influence in the U.S., he and other individuals on Dodik's payroll are working to disseminate specific narratives through media appearances and conferences. These narratives include claims that Bosnian Muslims prevent Serbs from celebrating religious holidays on January 9 and that Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina are being oppressed.

The report also notes increasing criticism within the U.S. Congress and media regarding the administration of Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, while highlighting the activities of Republican Congresswoman Claudia Tenney in relation to the region.
