Local administrations in Croatia announce public tenders and road registration

The Municipality of Barban has issued a public tender for the lease of a 7 m2 public area intended for the installation of parcel lockers. The lease is offered for a period of five years, with a starting monthly rent of 23.00 EUR per m2 of gross area. Bidders are required to pay a security deposit amounting to 10% of the annual rent.

Separately, the City of Sinj has announced a public call regarding the registration of unclassified roads in the Bajagić settlement. The process involves creating geodetic surveys and documentation for roads NC-BAJ-116 and NC-BAJ-117. Property owners bordering these areas are invited to participate in the boundary marking process scheduled for late October 2026.
