Local administrations in Flumeri and Pesaro address legal and infrastructure issues

In Flumeri, Mayor Angelo Antonio Lanza held a public meeting to address municipal developments and ongoing legal issues. A primary focus was the litigation against Archivia Srl, a company responsible for collecting taxes intended for the municipal treasury since 2012. Lanza stated that these funds were diverted from their intended destination, leading the administration to file a complaint. Consequently, a precautionary seizure of the company's assets, totaling 1.4 million euros, has been granted pending judicial proceedings.

In Pesaro, Mayor Andrea Biancani has called for a public protest against Società Autostrade. The demonstration aims to demand progress on compensatory works related to the A14 motorway expansion. Despite an agreement regarding three priority projects funded by 39 million euros from the Ministry of Infrastructure, local officials are seeking certainty regarding construction timelines. The planned works include the Santa Veneranda bypass, a roundabout at the Montefeltro intersection, and the doubling of a section of Montefeltro road, with hopes to begin sites by 2026.
