Local administrative and infrastructure developments in Vietnam

In Lao Cai province, local authorities have launched the second phase of a rural road construction campaign for 2026. The initiative includes the upgrading and concreting of a 2.35 km route from Khởi Bung bridge to Nậm Khắp Trong village in Bảo Nhai commune. The project, with a total investment of 4 billion VND, aims to improve transportation for residents and facilitate the movement of agricultural and forestry products in areas frequently affected by floods.

In Quang Ninh, the City Party Committee held a meeting to transfer mass mobilization advisory functions from the City Propaganda Department to the Fatherland Front and other mass organizations. This restructuring follows central government guidelines to optimize the political system and enhance the role of social organizations in connecting the Party with the people.

Meanwhile, in Cam Duong ward, local leadership held a direct dialogue with heads of schools and educational institutions. The discussions focused on seven key areas, including educational management, teacher training, digital transformation in education, school safety, and the coordination between families and schools.
