Local administrative and urban issues reported in Maddaloni and Bagaladi

In Maddaloni, residents and local observers are calling for the removal of concrete barriers that have blocked Via Serao and Via Campolongo for approximately thirty years. These obstructions, located at the intersection of Via Emanuele Campolongo and Via Appia la Traversa, as well as between Via Matilde Serao and Via Viviani Traversa, are reportedly hindering urban mobility and traffic flow. Advocates suggest that eliminating these barriers would align with urban planning goals to improve city accessibility.

In Bagaladi, former Deputy Mayor and Councilor Antonino Marrapodi has issued an open letter to citizens following the revocation of his administrative duties by Mayor Santo Monorchio. Marrapodi, who served the community for over twelve years, criticized the Mayor's management style as authoritarian and centralized. While he will no longer hold his previous executive roles, Marrapodi confirmed he will continue his service as a member of the City Council.
