Local administrative updates in Maddaloni and La Maddalena

In Maddaloni, temporary traffic diversions have been implemented in via Cancello to facilitate the completion of the municipal sewage network. These changes affect various bus routes traveling between Pietraroja, Napoli, and Campobasso. Specifically, the diversions involve rerouting vehicles through via Ficucella and via Calabricito, which will result in the temporary suppression of the Cancello Scalo bus stop.

In La Maddalena, the municipal government has projected annual revenue of 150,000 euros from traffic violations for the 2027–2029 period. These funds, excluding speeding fines, are designated for road safety initiatives. After accounting for a reserve for doubtful accounts, the municipality plans to allocate funds toward road signage, IT equipment for local police, road safety projects, and mobile barriers for civil protection. No funds from this revenue are earmarked for new temporary hires.
