Local authorities in Mexico launch sanitary drainage projects

Local authorities in Mexico are overseeing various sanitary drainage infrastructure projects to improve public health and living conditions.

In Quecholac, Puebla, Mayor Guadalupe Martínez Gerardo launched expansion works for the sanitary drainage network in San José Tuzuapan, San Simón de Bravo, and the municipal seat. In San Simón de Bravo, the installation of over 2,500 meters of piping is expected to benefit more than 300 families. Other works include approximately 503 meters of piping in San José Tuzuapan and 1,687 meters in the municipal seat to serve the El Señor de Chalma neighborhood.

In Querétaro, Councilwoman Paulina Aguado Romero supervised drainage construction on Camino Real in the San Pablo neighborhood. Aguado emphasized that providing access to basic services is a government responsibility and stated her commitment to monitoring public resources to ensure they improve local living conditions.
