Local authorities in Togo hold budget orientation debates for 2027

Municipal leaders in the Lacs 3 and Vo 3 communes of Togo have initiated budgetary orientation debates to prepare for the 2027 fiscal year. These participatory sessions aim to align local development priorities with the actual needs of the population.

In Lacs 3, the municipality held discussions in Agbodrafo focused on defining development priorities, planning investments, and mobilizing resources for community projects. Key areas of focus for upcoming projects include sanitation, access to potable water, transport, road development, education, and environmental protection.

In Vo 3, officials met in Momé-Hagou to examine financial means and development sectors. The meeting, led by Mayor Elom Yao Kloutsè, included municipal councilors, traditional chiefs, and village development committees. The goal is to ensure investments respond to local challenges while remaining within the municipality's financial capacities.
