Local bakeries mark milestones in Rosario and Tapiales

In Rosario, the bakery La Emblemática has announced its upcoming opening at Córdoba 960, located at the entrance to the historic Pasaje Pan. The establishment is currently undergoing renovations, including painting and floor updates, to prepare for its launch. The bakery will specialize in pastries and confectionery, offering items such as cakes, breads, and specialty “cake ingots” in various flavors like Oreo and chocolate mousse.

Pasaje Pan, where the new business will be situated, is a significant architectural landmark in Rosario. Inaugurated in 1899, it is considered the city’s oldest gallery.

Meanwhile, in the Tapiales neighborhood of La Matanza, Confitería Coral is celebrating its 54th anniversary. Founded in 1972, the bakery has become a long-standing local institution and a social meeting point for multiple generations of residents.
