Local businesses win consecutive Readers' Choice Awards in Mossel Bay and Hessequa

Local businesses in the Mossel Bay and Hessequa regions have secured consecutive wins in the 2026 Readers' Choice Awards.

Tollies Slaghuis has been named both the best butcher and the provider of the best biltong in the Best of Mossel Bay awards for the third consecutive year. The business, owned by Gerrit and Marie Cilliers, recently moved to a new, larger location within Agri on Louis Fourieweg to improve customer service.

In the Hessequa region, Jacksons Motoronderdele has also achieved a three-year winning streak, being voted the best in the Automotive Parts & Accessories category in the Best of Hessequa Readers' Choice Awards.
