Local communities in Denmark hold social and development events

Local communities in Denmark held events focused on social cohesion and regional development. In Glerup, 40 residents participated in a late summer excursion organized by the Samlingshuset board. The trip, supported by Mariagerfjord Municipality, included a ride on the Mariager-Handest Veteran Railway, a visit to the Mariager Salt Center, and a boat tour on the Mariager Fjord.

In Vinge, approximately 50 citizens attended a walking tour and celebration regarding the development of 'Det Grønne Hjerte' (The Green Heart). Led by Mayor Anne Sofie Uhrskov and program manager Dennis Ravn, the event provided insights into urban planning projects designed by the architecture firm BOGL. The project aims to transform the southern part of Vinge into a green communal space, featuring renovated structures like the greenhouse at Solvænget 29 to foster community activities.
