Local communities in Portugal receive new municipal services

Several local municipalities in Portugal have introduced new services to improve community quality of life. In Fornos de Algodres, the Health Club was inaugurated on August 20. Located in the Municipal Market, the facility offers diverse physical activity options and extended hours to promote health and disease prevention in collaboration with the local health center.

In the parish of Carvalhal Benfeito, a new ATM provided by Caixa de Crédito Agrícola has returned to service. The equipment, located at the Parish Council headquarters, allows for approximately 90 different financial and non-financial operations, including bill payments and transfers. This restores a service that had been unavailable in the area since 2012.
