Local community and educational initiatives launched in Italian municipalities

The municipality of Senigallia has issued a call for local associations, organizations, and businesses to participate in the creation of the ‘Casetta Natalizia’ (Christmas House). Located on via O. Manni, the initiative aims to enrich the city's holiday program through creative, educational, and recreational workshops for children, including manual activities, games, and animated readings.

In Campiglia Marittima and Venturina Terme, the ‘La Città dei Bambini’ (The City of Children) project is returning to local schools for the 2026/2027 academic year. Based on the pedagogical ideas of Francesco Tonucci, the project involves students in public life through the election of a Children's Council. This year, the program focuses on the theme of peace, specifically titled ‘Disarmiamo le parole’ (Disarming words), to foster safer and more inclusive urban environments through active youth participation.
