In Salamanca, the City Council has launched the Laboris Helmántica project, offering paid training programs for unemployed individuals. The initiative provides specialized courses in nursing assistant basics and industrial cleaning. Funded by the European Social Fund Plus and the local government, the project includes scholarships of 13.45 euros per day of attendance to support participants during their training.
