Local community celebrations held in Seroczyn and Vilnius District

In Seroczyn, located in the Siedlce district, local farmers, officials, and community organizations gathered for a traditional harvest festival. The event included a thanksgiving mass and a colorful procession, followed by the central ritual of blessing and sharing bread. Local leaders, including Wodynie Municipality Mayor Wojciech Klepacki and Council Chairman Mirosław Michalczyk, participated in the festivities. The gathering served as a platform to discuss regional agricultural challenges, such as the future of farms, road conditions, and the need for water infrastructure investments.

In the Vilnius District, a ceremony was held at the Houwalt Manor to honor young talents in art, music, and sports. Mayor Robert Duchniewicz and Vice Mayor Edyta Tamošiūnaitė presented over 250 awards and gift cards to students and their teachers. The honors recognized achievements from various schools in Rudomin, Pogiriai, and Niemencinė, celebrating youth who have brought distinction to the district both within Lithuania and internationally.
