Local community events held in Fonte Nuova and Portocannone

Various local community events recently took place in Italy, including a singing competition in Fonte Nuova and a running race in Portocannone.

In Fonte Nuova, the summer season concluded with a singing contest organized by Eventi Musicali A&R in collaboration with the local Pro Loco. The event featured 22 participants and included performances by guest artists such as Gianluca Battisti and Giorgio Spinelli. The competition was judged by a panel including musical director Alfredo Totti and Vice Mayor Maurizio Guccini.

In Portocannone, the tenth edition of the Lart & Posht running race was held, organized by the Porto Run 2015 association. The event, which celebrates the local Arbëreshë traditions, saw over 160 participants from various Italian regions, including Sardinia, Veneto, and Lombardy, marking a significant return after a one-year hiatus.
