Local community events in Ettingen and Geismar

The Frauenverein Ettingen in Switzerland has scheduled a fairy tale afternoon for children aged three to six on October 30 at the Catholic parish hall. The event includes storytelling, crafts, singing, and snacks. Additionally, a pinball evening is planned for November 2 at the Flipper Club Basel in Münchenstein, featuring various machines and refreshments.

In Geismar, Germany, the St. Michael Catholic Kindergarten held several autumn activities. On October 3, preschool children participated in a Harvest Thanksgiving service at the Geismar parish church. This was followed by a harvest festival on October 6, where children prepared various dishes, such as vegetable soup and homemade pizza, using seasonal produce to learn about the origins of food.
