JIMTOF 2026 showcases advanced manufacturing and cutting tools

The JIMTOF 2026 exhibition features a wide array of cutting-edge manufacturing technologies and tools. Major exhibitors in the West Hall include Asahi Kogyo Seisakusho, which is presenting high-efficiency reamers designed to reduce costs amid rising tungsten prices. Iwata Tool is showcasing innovative helical hole processing end mills and robot-assisted machining, while Eiko Sha is introducing specialized reamers for stainless steel and resin.

OSG is set to unveil a record number of new products, including the A-brand tool series and tool management DX solutions, alongside a humanoid robot demonstration. Kanabo is presenting its Nova E’z Disc series, which allows for rapid blade replacement to reduce setup times. Kyocera is also participating with its KGX series for multi-functional grooving and cutting.

Other notable exhibitors include Silver Roy, focusing on corrosion-resistant cemented carbides, and Union Tool, which is presenting small-diameter tools for brittle and high-hardness materials. Fuji Dice is introducing materials designed to reduce reliance on tungsten and cobalt, while Daijet Kogyo is showcasing high-efficiency roughing cutters. Mizuho Kogyo is displaying specialized surface treatment technologies and ultra-fine cemented carbide materials.
