Local community festivals held in Gdańsk and Warka

Various local community events and festivals took place across Poland to celebrate the end of summer and regional traditions.

In the Dolne Miasto district of Gdańsk, residents gathered for a neighborhood festival on Łąkowa and Wróbla streets. The event featured historical vehicle exhibitions, including vintage buses and tram simulators, alongside DIY workshops for ceramics and keychain making. Local delicacies, such as the ‘Dolne Miasto bun’, were also featured to promote community integration during the district's ongoing revitalization.

In Warka, the Święto Warki 2026 concluded with a musical finale at Plac Targowy. The event included performances by various artists, such as the group Playboys, Niki & DJ Stella, and Tymek. The festival was officially opened by Mayor Tomasz Rawski and Mazovian Voivodeship Councilor Leszek Przybytniak, drawing large crowds for musical entertainment ranging from disco polo to rap.
