Local community garage sales scheduled in Kaatsheuvel and Geleen

Local communities in the Netherlands are hosting garage sales to promote neighborhood connection and second-hand commerce.

In Kaatsheuvel, residents of the Lievekenshoek street will hold a garage sale on Saturday, September 26, from 10:00 to 15:00. Participants will offer various items, including clothing, household goods, and vintage articles, from their homes and front gardens to encourage social interaction.

In Geleen, Buurtverbinding Kluis-Geleen is organizing its seventh annual Neighborhood Day Garage Sale. The event features more than 100 participating addresses. As a special attraction, Flying Gonzo Racing will display a stockcar in Mezenstraat, where visitors can learn about racing history and allow children to sit in the vehicle.
