Local community meetings scheduled in Netherlands

Two separate community engagement events are scheduled in the Netherlands.

Golfclub Heelsum will hold a General Members Meeting on November 17 at the Fletcher Hotel Doorwerth. The agenda includes discussing the conversion of the foundation into a private limited company (BV) and reviewing amended articles of association. Recent adjustments to the draft statutes include maintaining a three-year term for non-executive directors and removing the option to appoint a company as an executive director.

In Oegstgeest, local authorities are hosting public meetings on November 30 and December 2 to discuss the future of the village. These sessions aim to gather resident feedback on the coalition's outline agreement, 'Ruimte voor de toekomst', as the municipal executive develops a concrete work program. Residents can participate in discussions regarding various topics at designated tables during the meetings held at the town hall and the Koetshuis of Oud-Poelgeest castle.
