Local community projects launched in Munich and Großrosseln

In Munich, a new integrative facility called Haus für Kinder Quiddestraße has opened as part of the Munich Educational Construction Offensive. The building, constructed primarily using sustainable wood and clay, provides space for 136 children across nursery, kindergarten, and after-school groups. The facility includes creative and therapy areas, as well as a parent advisory center, and features large glass fronts that connect indoor spaces to a large garden.

In Großrosseln, the Wildpark Karlsbrunn has introduced a new wooden shelter to enhance the local recreation area. Managed by the Verein zur Förderung der Naherholung Karlsbrunn (VFN), the project cost approximately 20,000 euros. The shelter is designed to be accessible for wheelchair users and families with strollers. Other recent improvements to the park include new short hiking trails and automated feeding stations for goats and fallow deer.
