Local councils release new planning application lists

Local councils in the United Kingdom have released weekly lists of planning applications for review.

In Formby, applications include a proposal for a single replacement dwelling at Sutton House Farm, a first-floor extension on Liverpool Road, and a request from Sainsbury’s Supermarket Ltd for a single-storey extension and carport. Additionally, an application has been submitted regarding the discharge of conditions related to bird and bat roosting boxes.

In Dover, pending applications include a proposal to convert a warehouse and office space at Poulton Close Industrial Estate into a multi-purpose community hub. Other submissions involve the conversion of a dwelling into two self-contained flats on Coombe Valley Road and a request to amend affordable housing provisions on land south west of allotments on Folkestone Road.
