Local cultural events scheduled in Bad Ischl and Steyr

The folk music event ‘Zåmmgspüt im Kurhaus’ is set to return on November 7, 2026, at the Kongress & TheaterHaus Bad Ischl. Following previous successes, the format is moving to the venue’s Great Hall to accommodate more attendees. The evening will feature various musical groups, including Ausseer Bradlmusi, Krenslehnermusi, Kuf-Haus-Musi, and Trichterblattlmusi, along with the new addition ‘Vielsaitig & Knopfat’. The event encourages audience participation through singing, dancing, and playing instruments such as the guitar, zither, or harp.

In Steyr-Münichholz, a recent ‘5 Uhr Tee’ dance afternoon at Gasthaus Zöchling drew crowds for musical entertainment provided by DJ Bresi and guest performer Jo Hans Gelsinger. The event focused on social dancing and community interaction.
