Local dance events and workshops announced in Germany

Various dance opportunities and community events are being organized across different regions in Germany.

MV Soltau is hosting trial weeks in November, offering free introductory sessions for various dance styles. The program includes partner dancing for adults covering Discofox, Cha-Cha, Waltz, and Tango, as well as specialized classes for children starting at age four. Other offerings include Line Dance, solo dancing for adults, and Urban Kizomba.

In Munich, the ‘Pöllat tanzt’ festival is scheduled for October 24 at Pöllatinsel. The event features performances and workshops from diverse dance groups, including Salsa, Zumba, Bollywood, and Classical Indian dance. Organized by the Giesing Family Meeting Point and the Giesing Neighborhood Center, the free event aims to foster community connection through movement and music.
