Local deaths reported in Piedmont region

Two separate incidents of death have been reported in the Piedmont region of Italy.

In Gattinara, Pietro Tambone passed away at the age of 61 at the Sant’Andrea hospital in Vercelli. Funeral services were held at the San Pietro parish church, followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers, the family requested that charitable works be performed in his memory.

In the Biella area, the body of 80-year-old Paolo Mora was discovered in the woods above Bagneri. Mora, a resident of Vigliano Biellese, had been missing since September 30 after leaving his home for a hike. Search efforts involving helicopters and drones concluded with firefighters recovering his body. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
