In Wavre, Belgium, three administrative appeals have been filed with the Walloon Government to halt the construction of a new hospital complex by ASBL Clinique Saint-Pierre in Bouleaux-Louvranges. The proposed facility is intended to include up to 441 beds, 129 daybeds, a 42-place nursery, and significant highway infrastructure. Opponents, including a local non-profit and an architect, are seeking the cancellation of the permit or a reopening of the investigation, citing deficiencies in urban planning compliance, environmental impact studies, and insufficient time provided for public reaction.

In La Seyne, France, residents are contesting a municipal permit granted for a 40-unit housing project in the Sablettes district. The local collective has launched petitions and legal actions, alleging discrepancies in the project's registered address and concerns regarding access. Residents argue that the planned underground parking exits onto Avenue Floréal, a narrow unpaved road, which could lead to traffic congestion and impede emergency vehicle access, such as fire trucks.
