Local developments reported in Três Lagoas and Belém

In Brazil, local authorities have recognized significant community contributions and infrastructure developments. In Três Lagoas, the Municipal Chamber honored Massaaki Nakamura, a former physical education professor known as Professor Paulo, for his lifelong dedication to sports and youth development in the Arapuá District. Nakamura is credited with introducing handball to the community and coaching teams that achieved success in municipal games.

Simultaneously, in Belém, the municipal government has completed the second phase of urban revitalization for Parque 25. The project, executed by the Municipal Secretariat of Works and Infrastructure and the Municipal Secretariat of Maintenance and Urban Conservation, includes new bike lanes, sidewalks, paving, and improved drainage systems. The renovated area features green spaces, kiosks, and sports courts designed to enhance mobility and community leisure on Avenida Rômulo Maiorana.
