Local educational infrastructure developments in Orzesze and Poznań

The city of Orzesze has secured 140,000 PLN in funding to establish two outdoor educational workshops for local schools. The projects, titled ‘Naukowy Zakątek’ at Primary School No. 9 and ‘Klasa pod klonami’ at Primary School No. 6, were selected as winners of the ‘Ekopracownia pod chmurką 2026’ competition organized by the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice. Each project will receive 70,000 PLN in subsidies, supplemented by a 17,500 PLN contribution from the city per school, bringing the total value of both initiatives to 175,000 PLN.

In Poznań, renovations at Kindergarten No. 112 ‘Mali Przyrodnicy’ have been completed to better support children with special educational needs. The investment included the creation of sensory and motor skill rooms, the installation of an elevator to ensure accessibility for persons with disabilities, and the modernization of the kitchen and cloakrooms. Additionally, photovoltaic panels were installed on the roof to improve energy efficiency.
