The Vetera Oldtimerdag in Ruinerwold saw a successful turnout with approximately 20,000 visitors and 2,000 participants. Despite morning rain, the event proceeded smoothly with the assistance of 150 volunteers. Organizers noted improved traffic flow compared to previous years due to changes in the route for tractors.

In contrast, the Velleper Donderdagen in Velp faced challenges. Local entrepreneurs and market traders expressed dissatisfaction following the three-day event, citing low visitor numbers, empty market stalls, and insufficient promotion. Attendance fluctuated, with an estimated 5,000 visitors on the second day and significantly fewer on the first and third days. Some traders reported early departures or a failure to show up, leading to empty stalls in several streets.
